LeAnne Watson, a mentor, coach, trainer, and current active player of the game of basketball. This individual has well over 21 years of experience from various levels of play. Seven years of coaching and training various age groups; boys and girls; elementary to professional level. Also, she has three years of semi-professional here in Atlanta with the WUBA league, and four years of DII collegiate level from Newberry College, SC.
Along with her experience comes with her education and accomplishments she has achieved over her years which includes, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Business Administration with a minor in Coaching. A collegiate Women’s Basketball SAC conference champion 2006-2007; All-Freshmen Conference Player 2007-2008; SAC Conference Player of the Week 2010-2011; and SAC Conference Honor Roll 2007-2011. After finishing up her collegiate level, she later was invited to play for Women’s Universal Basketball Association (WUBA) league in 2012-2013 and was a league champion that year, was later returned as an All-Star Candidate and All-Star Champion in 2013-2014 season. Retired from the league in 2014 and further her career with coaching and training young players from the high school level. She was the Assistant coach for the Varsity Boys Basketball at Greater Atlanta Adventist Academy. She became the first female to be an assistant coach for the boy’s basketball team in 2012-2013 school history. She later received a promotion to coach at North Springs Charter High School as the Head JV Girls Basketball team and the assistant coach for the Varsity Girls in 2013-2014.
Do to the lack of functional training these student athletes were not gain from the high school level, LeAnne decided to further her education by receiving her Personal Training certification with National Sports Medicine Academy (NASM). This way she could better serve others from an athletic level and overall fitness level.
This original native Georgian has the passion to provide the quality coaching; training, mentor and support system that any individual would want and gain the enjoyment of have fun doing it. Her purpose is to see growth and progress of positive change and incorporating those skills for life lessons to utilize.
Beth Feagins has been in the fitness industry for 18 years. She is a graduate of Georgia State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Beth is also certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Beth Feagins started her corporate fitness initiatives over 10 years ago at one of largest fitness clubs in Atlanta. She managed workouts for a corporate community comprised of busy executives, athletes, and serious fitness enthusiasts. Beth also provided customized fitness programs and daily nutritional support for individuals seeking better health through nutrition and exercise.
With extensive studies in exercise prescription, cardiopulmonary physiology, nutrition, fitness program management,anatomy/physiology, biomechanics and sports psychology, Beth takes a more comprehensive approach to health and wellness.
